A record number of artists have entered the prestigious 2017 Wyndham Art Prize for the chance to win $18,000 in prizes. More than 130 artists have submitted artworks for the major exhibition, with 89 artists have been selected. Their artworks include small and large sculptures, videos, photography, drawings, paintings, animations and inventive two dimensional pieces. New Samsung Speakers Play 360-Degree Audio

What does sound look like? Samsung Wireless Audio collaborated with design studio Artisan to visualize 360 degree sound waves. Inspired by Samsung’s new omnidirectional 360 speaker Ben Kreukniet and his team have created a physical representation of sound waves in real time using an installation that fuses 411 laser beams with a 4K holographic projection and real-time sound analysis software to physically fill a room with sound and light. This experiment was recorded live and everything was driven by Samsung Wireless Audio 360. No post-production CGI effects have been added.
